The Photograph that started my interest in the South Irish Horse. This and one other both show Francis La Touche Vaugh (Frank) born 16th Apr 1889 died 3rd Aug 1947 second son, his twin Alexander died young, to Wilton Vaugh and brother of Gordon Vaugh. Married to Kathleen Sarah Forde. They had no children. Kit (Kathleen) his wife died 18th Apr 1970 in Dublin.
As a special reserve regiment on the Irish establishment, they met up once a year for, what was called, summer camp. I believe this photograph was taken on one such camp, between 1908 and 1913.
